When a child is born with a congential heart defect, the child may have to undergo surgery to correct the defect. In some rare cases, multiple operations are needed in order for a child to survive. That was the case of Adam Shelton, but Dr. Mark Morales was there to perform the three major operations that Adam needed to live a normal life.
